Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every piece. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — with a Luvra store credit you can use on anything, anytime.

↻ Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
We don’t do refunds — we do better.

All approved returns are issued as Luvra Store Credit. Your credit is valid for 12 months, applies to any product on the site, and never expires before then. Think of it as money waiting for your next Luvra moment.

What Can Be Returned?

  • Items in original condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered
  • Items with all original tags attached
  • Items returned in original Luvra packaging

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on items that appear worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.

What Cannot Be Returned?

  • Luvra Mystery Box / Gift Sets (all sales are final)
  • Items marked as Final Sale or heavily discounted
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Items that show signs of wear or washing

How to Initiate a Return

Simple. Reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order:

  • WhatsApp us your order number and reason for return
  • Email us at hello@shopluvra.com with photos of the item
  • We'll confirm eligibility and arrange a pickup within 2 business days
  • Once received and inspected, your store credit is issued within 3–5 business days

Exchanges

Want a different size or style? We love that. Exchanges are subject to availability. Once we receive your returned item and quality-check it, we'll dispatch the replacement within 3–5 business days. If your preferred size or style isn't available, we'll issue store credit instead.

Store Credit

Your store credit will be sent to you via email as a unique discount code. It's valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be used on any order on shopluvra.com — no minimum spend required.

Store credit cannot be converted to cash.

Defective or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement at no extra cost, immediately. If the item is out of stock, full store credit is issued.
