Shipping Policy

We know you can't wait to get your hands on it. Here's everything you need to know about how we get your Luvra order to your door.

🚚 All orders above ₹999 ship free. Orders below ₹999 attract a flat shipping fee of ₹79.

Processing Time

Every Luvra order is quality-checked by hand before it leaves our facility. We process and dispatch orders within 24 hours of payment confirmation, Monday to Saturday.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.

Delivery Timeline

  • Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata) — 4–6 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities — 6–10 business days
  • Remote areas — 8–12 business days

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via WhatsApp and email so you can follow it every step of the way.

Packaging

Every Luvra order is packed in our signature gift-ready box, then sealed in plain, unmarked outer packaging for complete discretion. No brand names, no product descriptions — just a clean, anonymous parcel.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available across most pin codes in India. Please note that COD orders are not eligible for the ₹100 prepaid discount. COD orders may take an additional 1–2 days to process.

Prepaid Discount

Pay online (UPI, card, netbanking) and save ₹100 on your order automatically at checkout. This discount is applied instantly — no code needed.
